The Trade Show

Outdoor DisplaysThe Canadian Fleet Maintenance Seminar (CFMS) invites you to join us May 9-10-11, 2011 at the Hilton Suites Conference Centre & Spa located in Toronto/Markham, Ontario, Canada for our 48th annual seminar.

The key for many to survival in tough economic times is maintaining their client base and exposure for their products and services in the best and most efficient way possible. This seminar is designed to create an “open” and “intimate” dialogue between manufacturers’s and fleets by creating a unique networking opportunity that places you and your product among the leading fleet managers in our industry. Our ongoing theme "MAUFACTURERS AND FLEETS…TEAMWORK IN MOTION" highlights our efforts to maintain these critical relationships, especially during challenging times. With close to 50 participants in 2010, the CFMS is again pleased to provide your organizations the opportunity of participating in the 2011 Trade Show and Outside Truck Display.

Next years Trade Show goal of 60 booths is already well underway. As in previous years all booths are 10’ x 10’ and will be equipped with blue drapes, 1 – 6’ silver draped table and 2 grey fabric chairs. Display booths are available with or without Hydro. Please see attached form for details.

Set up will take place the afternoon of May 9th and the show will run on the 10th and 11th during all breaks plus two specifically assigned time slots , one of which includes the Wednesday luncheon which will be set up as a walk around activity to maximize the show and delegate interaction. Stronco and Freeman Electrical will again be our agent providing the necessary logistics before and after the show. I will forward those details once booth space is confirmed. All displays must be dismantled by 6 pm May 11th.

This years Outside Truck Display, will again feature an easily accessible and dedicated parking area, protected by the Hotel on 3 sides in a spacious and serene setting. Display units must arrive Monday May 9th between 8 am and 1pm for proper placement. Units should be picked up May 11th between 3pm and 6pm. See attached for details.

Given the feedback from our 2010 Seminar and the growing interest we have seen in this year’s seminar we anticipate space for both of these events to book quickly. If you are at all interested in either or both we urge you to secure your spot by returning the attached forms at your earliest convenience.

If you are a registered sponsor and have already returned your sponsors forms indicating your requirements you do not need to respond to this. If you have not returned your form please do so or refer to the attached.

For additional details call (905) 957-7265. On behalf of the CFMS I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity and take part in what some have called "Canada’s Premiere Maintenance Conference".

We look forward to seeing you at the Hilton in Markham, May 9-11, 2011.

Sincerely,

Jim Pinder
Chairman CFMS
