2008 Trade Show
Dear Vendor:
During our 45th Canadian Fleet Maintenance Seminar being held May 26th – 29th, 2008, we will be opening Plaza “A & B” as well as the Foyer for our Trade Show on a first come first serve basis for booth space. This year we have expanded to 82 booths for added interest for our delegates.
Our conference was attended by about 500 delegates including all types of trucking fleet maintenance people and Manufacturers from all facets of the transportation industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for your Company to display your product line to a large cross section of the industry during the three days of the Seminar.
The Trade show will be open Monday May 26th for set up to Thursday noon, May 29th 2008. This year each booth will be curtained with table and two chairs. If you have a popup to use that can be accommodated.
The cost for a reserved space 10’ x 10’ will be $545.00 plus GST or $572.25 and a further $80.00 plus GST for hydro should you wish to utilize it for the 2 ½ days. This totals $656.25.
This does not include meals as the meals are for the CFMS registered delegates only.
Set up for these spaces will be Monday afternoon after 1:00 p.m. and take down is right after lunch on Thursday. Although you may bring in your own product and set up on your own, anyone wishing to ship items in, store them, or have them taken to their booth space should contact Erik Naar at Stronco Show Services 1-800-665-2621. As our service contractor, Stronco can accommodate any problems you may have if you are not bringing your own product into the show.
This year we will be extending the Trade Show hours until 9 p.m. on Wednesday May 28th and will give out $3,000.00 in draw prizes for those attendees there present on that evening. Each company who has a booth could also have draw prizes if they wish which gives the delegates more reason to attend.
